Why is it that the hair extension companies are the ONLY ONES who sell to your client WHOLESALE?
The HAIR CARE brands don’t do it.. Oribe doesn’t do it. Kerastase doesn’t do it. Balmain doesn’t do it. The COLOR companies don’t do it. Redken doesn’t do it. Goldwell doesn’t do it. Hell, the grocery stores don’t even do it. But YET the extension companies do. We're here to change that.

We have found it is our ability to set the standard and know every single step along the way to ensure we train up an excellent team. We are going to take you step by step through the what AND HOW to hold your team accountable.
Most important resource you will will ever have is the people around you. If we think these businesses revolve around Rachel and I we are in big trouble. We as business owners really care about our people.
Do you ask them thoughtful questions? Do you think about their goals their dreams? Why is someone down, not all in or maybe a little forgetful? Take them to lunch... how are they.. REALLY?
Good business is about good relationships.
7 Steps To Holding People Accountable
1. Don’t be afraid to hold people accountable and call them out when they don’t keep there world . Make it very clear it’s it’s not Personal, it’s not their personality that you don’t like it their performance.
2.Ask why and stay silent long enough to get their answers. Why didn’t they hit a deadline get an explanation and specific answer, go deep!
3.Make specific quantitative statements. Not blanket qualitative ones. Give specific challenges that can be measured and have deadlines.
4.Provide clear metrics and specify clear incentives. Let them know what they will get for hitting or missing metrics. Numbers don’t lie be clear about goal post.
5.Coach them through the work flow. It’s not enough to tell them what to work on, you have to coach them through the how. Make sure they have the resources and expertise to compete the task.
6. Know what each persons role is on the team. Who else needs to be held accountable to make sure that person succeeds.
7.Finish with heart, we can be firm and companionate. We don’t know what they’re going through.
